Notary Fee & Schedule

Fees

At myTexas Notary, we are committed to providing transparent and fair pricing for all our notary services. Below is an overview of how our fees are structured, in accordance with Texas law.

Standard Notary Fees (as per Texas Law)

Acknowledgments or Proofs: $6 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature.

Oaths or Affirmations: $6 per oath or affirmation.

Certifying a Copy: $6 per certified copy.

Protests: $4 per notice served, the national average mileage rate according to the IRS, $6 for the certificate and seal.

Mobile Notary Service Fees

Booking Deposit: A $20 deposit is required to secure your mobile notary appointment. This deposit ensures your booking and is deducted from the final travel fee.

Final Travel Fee: The total travel fee, which includes mileage based on the national average rate according to the IRS, along with the full quote for notarial services, will be sent via email after successful booking. The travel fee varies depending on the distance and specific service requirements.

Special Rates for Business Clients

We offer exclusive rates for businesses and business professionals upon verification:

Business to Business (B2B) Discounts: Available for companies requiring regular notary services. Please contact us for a customized rate plan.

Professional Discounts: Business professionals, including real estate agents, lawyers, and others, may qualify for reduced rates. Verification is required to access these special rates.

Note: All fees are calculated in compliance with Texas law and are subject to change based on service requirements and additional requests.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment: All fees are due at the time of service. We currently accept online payments through PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: The $20 booking deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
